Expand Infrastructure

Todd will champion smart infrastructure investment, including funding strategies to expand the Fourth Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant and modernize critical city systems.

Advance Strategic Plans

He will work to implement the 2045 Land Use Plan, Transportation Plan, and Greenway Plan, ensuring Statesville grows thoughtfully, enhances quality of life, and strengthens the tax base.

Deliver on Vision

Todd will ensure continuity by supporting the City’s long-term Strategic Plan, turning vision into real progress for residents across Ward 5 and beyond.

Advocate for Education

Though limited by city jurisdiction, Todd is committed to exploring innovative, cooperative approaches to improving local public schools, including stronger partnerships with county and school board leaders.

Todd Lange is a longtime Statesville resident, community leader, and business professional with a proven record of thoughtful leadership and civic engagement. After moving to downtown Statesville from Huntersville in 2008, Todd and his wife Sheila chose this city for its character, tradition, and vibrant sense of community.

Todd brings a powerful combination of private-sector experience and public service leadership to his campaign for City Council, Ward 5. As co-lead of the award-winning Lange Homes Team with Allen Tate Realtors, he helps families and investors achieve their real estate goals with integrity and care. In 2024, he received the Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award for his extraordinary service to clients, colleagues, and the community.
